Sept. 11 is coming up fast so be sure to get tickets for the National Rifle Association raffle and dinner, which will be held at the Elks Lodge in Lamar. The larger the turnout the more local shooting sports events there will be.
The raffle this year is for a 20-gun fire-proof gun safe and five guns, a Colt AR 15 Flat Top SS .223, Remington 1187 Supermag 12 Ga., Kimber Custom II .45 ACP, Weatherby Vanguard .223, Taurus Judge 410/45LC. The winner of the raffle takes all. Dinner will be prime rib.
