Watercooler talk: You finally can get the "Harry Potter" books on an e-reader. J.K. Rowling released the books on her Pottermore website Tuesday, and the books work with the Kindle, Nook, tablets, smart phones and more.

What’s happening today:

- Today is the third and final day of hearings on the health care law. The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments on challenged to the act.

- National Geographic will give a preview of the new National Geographic Museum exhibit "Titanic: 100 Yeah Obsession." Expect to see images and stories online. The exhibit opens to the public on Thursday.

Opening bell: The Dow opened at 13197.73 today. It was down 43.90‎ points Tuesday.

Weird news: Rats that can be as big as house cats are rapidly repopulating the Florida Keys, just three years after officials thought they had them wiped out. The rats - Gambian rats - are an invasive species, and officials fear them moving to mainland Florida and wiping out crops. Efforts will begin again to exterminate the species from the Keys.
